In Bill’s service to Christ, he started at the Frostburg Church of the Brethren where he found his calling & passion to coach youth league basketball. The last service opportunity came when Bill was an active member of his congregation, The Potter’s Place Church and served as director at the Frostburg Interfaith Food Pantry. He did this until he was needed at home to care for the love of his life, his wife Barbara.
Bill was committed to his family who wait for the day until they see him again in Heaven. Sons, Ken Rafferty (Suzanne) and Jim Rafferty. The absolute treasure of his life, his grandchildren Rusty Rafferty, Sarah Rafferty and Elijah Rafferty.
