Dr. Wesley Howard Long, 88, of Frostburg passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Country House. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late John and Bertha (Crockett) Long. He had worked as a Public Service Commisioner in the District of Columbia. He earned his PHD in economics. He is survived by his wife Penelope Brewster. In accordance with Wesley's wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services.
