Sheena Harper

FROSTBURG- Sheena Colette Harper,63 , of Frostburg passed away suddenly at her home on Monday, February 15, 2016. Born March 5, 1952 in Frostburg, Sheena was the daughter of Bessie Josephine(Bush) Harper and the late Robert "Boots" Harper . She had worked at the Kelly Springfield Tire Company and the WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center. She also was an activity volunteer at the WMHS Nursing and Rehab Center and a member of the choir. Sheena was a member of the Dickerson A.M.E. Church where she was the treasurer and a member of the choir. Sheena was an avid Bingo player. She is survived by her son, Aaron Harris and wife Amy of Cumberland; and her daughter Taunia Harper and husband Michael Barnwell of Frederick; grandchildren, Mishay Harris, and Tyreke Harris; brothers, Robert Harper, Kerry Harper and wife Yvonne, Patrick Harper and wife Jarmilla, Niles Harper and wife Joy, Keith Harper and wife Cheryl,and Wesley Harper and girlfriend Tonya Wilt, sisters, Carolyn Harper, Jacqualine Stallworth and husband Mark, and Jozette Wright and husband Leonard. Also, surviving are close friend, Mary Barnett , and Sheena's dog Capone, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, and special friend Sherry Harris. Family and friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Luke Robinson officiating.
