Rosemary Mercer

ECKHART- Rosemary Louise Mercer,79, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Devlin Manor. Born in St. Louis, Missouri she was the daughter of the late Ernst and Beatrice (Grunz) Lind. She is also preceded in death by her husband Bootz Mercer, brother Ernst Lind, and sister Joyce.

Rosemary had worked for the Social Security Administration.

She was a member of the New Covenant United Methodist Church in Cumberland. She was a loving housewife and she loved her cats.

She is survived by sons, Bootz Mercer, Ernst Mercer and wife Tracy, Stepehen Mercer, and daughter Elizabeth Klotz; grandson, Shane Paul, and brother Stephen Lind.

Funeral services will be held at Sowers Funeral Home on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Donna Renn officiating.

Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
