Martha Baker

Martha Louise Baker, of Frostburg, peacefully passed away with family at her bedside on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

Martha was born and raised in Frostburg. Martha, the daughter of the late Howard and Alma Holtzman also of Frostburg was born April 3, 1938 and was a Beall High graduate, class of 1956.

Preceded in death are sisters Geraldine Walls, Alma Jean Driscoll and Erma Loera Thompson. Brothers, Edward and Howard Holtzman, brothers-in-law, Bud Driscoll, William Cuthbertson and Roland Thompson.

Surviving her are, husband of 64 years Harold Baker of Frostburg, son Kenneth and daughter-in-law Mary Baker of Rochester NY. Daughter Kimberly and son-in-law Gary Johnson of Cumberland MD. Sister, Juanita Michaels and brother-in-law Ralph Michaels of Gainesville FL and sister Virginia Cuthbertson of Frostburg. Grandchildren: Jason, Kyle, and Emily Baker Rochester NY, Brandon Johnson, Cumberland MD. Great Grandchildren: Jayde and Melody Johnson of Cumberland. Bryce and Phoebe Baker, Rochester NY, and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Funeral Service for Martha will be held Sunday February 21,2021 from 2-3 at Sowers Funeral Home.

Martha will be laid to rest at Rocky Gap Cemetery.
