Jacqueline Carol Booth

Jacqueline Carol Booth (Jackie), 53, of Deerfield Drive, Cumberland, MD passed away on March 7, 2025, at her home surrounded by her sister, brother-in-law, and her UCC family. 

Born on July 28, 1971, in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of Mary Margaret “Molly” Booth and Jackie Lee Booth. Jackie was proceeded in death by her parents and brother, William J. Deihl (BJ). Jackie was born with Down syndrome. She was our angel here on Earth. To know her was to love her. Jackie loved to sing and dance, to be on the go going places, and doing things her way. But best of all she loved to go out to eat.

 Surviving are her sister Chris (Deihl) Clauze and husband Bill of Burlington, WV; her brother Lenny Diehl and wife Lisa Cather of Mt. Grove, MO; her uncles Donnie Booth, Charlie Ryan and wife Sandy, Gary Sween; her Aunt Kay; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, too many to mention. I would also like to thank Jessica from UCC years ago for making room at Deerfield House. The love and care and friends Sissy made while with you will never be forgotten. UCC Day Program and UCC House staff are not just employees, but our own extended family. You truly love and cared for Jackie as you do for all of your clients. I can’t begin to name everyone lest I forget to mention someone. Thanks to everyone at UCC for all the love, care, and kindness they give.
