CORRIGANVILLE- Glenn Adam Ford, 90, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the Lions Center for Rehab and Ext. Care. Born June 25, 1930 in Corriganville, Glenn was the son of the late Henry W. and Frances (Golden) Ford. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann (Malone) Ford. He was the last surviving member of his family. He was owner of Glenn A. Ford & Son Drilling Contractor. Glenn was past president of the MD Delegation of the Moose Association, which he held a Pilgrim’s Degree. He also was a member of Frostburg Moose #348, Kemp Lodge #154 A.F. & A.M., Sons of the American Legion Post 13, Good Fellowship Club of Cumberland, Ellerslie Fire Company, Barrellville Outdoor Club, Piney Mountain Sportsman Club, and the Cumberland Outdoor Club. He is survived by his son Glenn Ford , and fiancee , Lesa Calton, Corriganville, granddaughter, Christina Ford and fiancée, Tyler Hetrick, and great-grandchildren, Matthew and Bentley. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 3 to 5 p.m. with funeral services following at 5 p.m. with Rev. Carl “Sandy” Cowen officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of the clubs that Glenn was a member. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
