Donald Phillip Miller

MT. SAVAGE- Donald Phillip Miller, 86, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023 at UPMC Western Maryland.

Born February 22, 1937 in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Phillip Russell and Lucille (Geary) Miller. He is also preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann Miller.

Donald was a member of the Mt. Savage Methodist Church and he worked as a machinist with the railroad.

He is survived by daughters, Tracey Lynn Smith (Jeff), Stephanie Ann Nigh, (James); son, Donald Phillip Miller II (Debbie); grandchildren, Andrea Lynn Wade, Jessica Miller, Robert Scott Smith, Rebecca Marie Nigh, and great-granddaughter, Evelyn Wade. Also surviving, sister, Betty Jane Llewellyn.

Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Friday, July 14, 2023 form 2 -4 p.m. with a funeral service following at 4 p.m. with Pastor Sandra Burchell officiating.
