FROSTBURG- Curtis Durell Clary, 83, of Frostburg passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his home. Born January 11, 1934 in Glenville, Georgia, he was the son of the late Curtis Eugene Clary and Lura (Todd) Clary. He is preceded in death by his wife Wanda Maxine (Kamauf) Clary, and a brother Gene Clary. He was a distributor for Pepperidge Farms and Foley Galor. Curtis was an avid golfer and a member of the Mill Creek Country Club, Burlington, WV. He is survived by daughters , Patty Clary of Frostburg; Wendy Kaplan and husband Neil of Fredon, New Jersey; Cindy Reynolds and husband Jeffrey of Snellville, Georgia; Nancy Wommack and husband William of Bowie; Maryland and Kathy Clary of Glen Burnie, Maryland; a son, David Clary of Vietnam; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, Gerald Clary and his wife Shirley of Springfield, Missouri; sisters Sue Sunderland of New Bern, NC; and Peggy Thompson and husband Clayton of Baltimore, Maryland; and a number of beloved nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 in the chapel at Restlawn Memorial Gardens at 1:00 p.m. with William Wommack officiating. Sowers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
